Crystal and Natural Ear Seed Kit

Designed in the UK by a qualified acupuncturist Zoe Young, these gorgeous ear seeds are a holistic, non-invasive way to heal. 

Ear seeding, or auriculotherapy, has been used as a healing practice for over 2500 years. In Chinese Medicine, the ear is a microsystem of the whole body with more than 120 acupressure points. These can help with everything from relieving pain to boosting digestion, balancing hormones, calming the mind and even sleep. Creating gentle pressure, the ear seeds sit on specific pressure points on the ear. These connect directly to the central nervous system to clear stagnation, restoring energy flow and balance to the body. 

Discreet and easy to apply, this set contains 20 crystal and 60 natural ear seeds with instructions and ear maps for over 12 health concerns. Traditionally ear seeds are made from plant based vaccaria seeds, however this set contains a combination of these and crystals. They look absolutely beautiful, I call mine healing jewellery.

You will receive a case with a mirror containing 80 ear seeds (20 crystal and 60 natural made from vaccaria seeds). Plus a booklet with instructions and tweezers for application. 

How to use:  

Clean the ear thoroughly with an alcohol swab or cleanser, and pat dry.

Using the instructions provided, you will be applying all of the points in both ears, one at a time.

Take the tweezers and lift the ear seed from the packaging, taking care not to fold it over.

Apply the ear seed to the ear in the designated spot and push firmly to attach.

You do not need to be 100% accurate, however if it is painful then it’s not in the right place, you want a dull ache.

Stimulate the points by rubbing a few times a day. They may ache when you do this.

The ear seeds will last for up to 5 days, then remove them, wait 24 hours and replace.

Can I combine it with other treatments?

Yes! But always consult a doctor as everyone has very individual and sometimes complex health issues. Chinese medicine often works hand in hand with Western medicine and complements the healing process.

How do I make sure I'm using my gua sha tools correctly, without causing damage to my skin?

Please be reassured, it’s very difficult to damage your skin with this time-old technique. Before you try gua sha for the first time, read the instruction leaflet inside the packaging and watch the short video on the product page of this site. Go easy to start with and watch how your skin responds before continuing. Please note, gua sha should not be performed over broken skin, varicose veins, moles, cuts or bruises.
