Smugl Hot Water Bottle Wrap

Regular price$32.00

Enjoy the benefits of heat therapy, hands free with this soft and cosy hot water bottle carrier. Designed to be worn around your abdomen or across the back, this provides warmth and comfort throughout the day.

Simply place your hot water bottle inside the cosy wrap, close the velcro fastening and wrap this fleece around your area of choice to:

  • Relieve tension, aches and pains
  • Provide the body with pleasant, long-lasting heat
  • Soothe menstrual cramps, lower back pain or digestive discomfort
  • Support the Kidneys and Liver
  • Stay warm when working from home
  • Warm up after cold water bathing or swimming

Energetically, the Kidneys are the batteries of your body and need recharging during the Autumn and Winter period. This is because the adrenal glands physically sit on top of the kidneys and so they are directly involved when our adrenals are fatigued from endless stress. One way to help support this is to ensure your lower back is fully covered and warm.

So many of us are brushing up on ways to keep warm and cosy at home without turning up the thermostat and this wrap is ideal. With long-lasting insulation, this wrap can be worn underneath or over your layers even on-the-go. Wrap around your tummy, shoulders, back and even knees to relieve discomfort.

It fits a 1L hot water bottle and you can even place your hands inside for extra warmth. It’s a hug on-the-go.

Made in Cornwall. Exclusive print only available for Hayo’u.

Can I combine it with other treatments?

Yes! But always consult a doctor as everyone has very individual and sometimes complex health issues. Chinese medicine often works hand in hand with Western medicine and complements the healing process.

How do I make sure I'm using my gua sha tools correctly, without causing damage to my skin?

Please be reassured, it’s very difficult to damage your skin with this time-old technique. Before you try gua sha for the first time, read the instruction leaflet inside the packaging and watch the short video on the product page of this site. Go easy to start with and watch how your skin responds before continuing. Please note, gua sha should not be performed over broken skin, varicose veins, moles, cuts or bruises.
