Known for having anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, colloidal gold is wonderful for clearing your mind and helping ease pain. I call this my “awaken and energise” solution.

Colloidal Gold is a natural stimulant and rejuvenator for cells throughout the body and improves the electrical signals between nerve cells in the brain. It's known to help:

Arthritis, restless leg syndrome and ease joint pain
Improve mental clarity, concentration, memory and focus
Re-awaken the senses such as vision and hearing

This is a liquid with microscopic gold particles (from 24 carat gold) suspended in ultra-pure water to be taken daily. Though I also love to apply a small amount onto my face for an instant glow, it’s a wonderful alternative to a gold leaf facial.

We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method shown and to the address which you specify.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12pm (Monday to Friday) the next working day, our delivery time is within 3-5 working days to the UK mainland. Please note that occasionally, due to circumstances outside our control with our delivery providers there may be longer delays.

Orders made after 12pm will be processed the following working day. Once we have received your order and processed it no further items can be added to this order. If you wish to order further items please place a new order and this will be handled as a new order. Orders are not processed over the weekend or on bank holidays.

Our “Standard” delivery service is available for all Non-UK customers. For these international orders we aim to deliver between 5 – 7 working days, but please allow 10 working days before contacting us.

It is your responsibility to provide us with full and correct delivery address details. We cannot be held liable for non-delivered orders if incorrect address details were provided upon order.

All packages returned to us as undelivered will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost. If after 10 business days you have not received your order, you must contact us at info@hayoumethod.com. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Our international delivery rates are not inclusive of Duty, VAT and custom charges. Where you have requested delivery to a non-EU address, you may claim any VAT back on your order, should you wish to do so. Hayo’u does not accept responsibility for VAT claims.

Returns & Refunds

Items MUST be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals intact.

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. This excludes defective items.

If you have received a product that you deem to be faulty, please contact us on info@hayoumethod.com within 14 days of delivery. Faulty items reported after this time period will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

We advise you to return items by recorded delivery or by any other means that shows proof of the return. If for any reason your returned items are not received we cannot process the refund unless you can provide proof of postage.

It is essential you include the original packing slip when you return your items so we can identify it as your return. Failure to do so may result in your refund being denied.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, then you must return the products to the address below.
