• Do not use it internally or directly on the skin as may cause sensitisation.
• Do not dispose of unused essential oils down the drain.
• In concentrated form they can be toxic to aquatic organisms and may cause long term adverse effects in the aquatic environment.
• If the oils come into contact with the eyes, wash thoroughly with cold water and seek medical advice if needed.
• Avoid spillages. If you do spill, wipe up immediately.
• Best stored away from heat and light and should be used within six months of opening.

• Not suitable for children. If a child accidentally swallows an essential oil blend seek medical advice immediately.

How do I make sure I'm using my gua sha tools correctly, without causing damage to my skin?

Please be reassured, it’s very difficult to damage your skin with this time-old technique. Before you try gua sha for the first time, read the instruction leaflet inside the packaging and watch the short video on the product page of this site. Go easy to start with and watch how your skin responds before continuing. Please note, gua sha should not be performed over broken skin, varicose veins, moles, cuts or bruises.
