Spritz Eye Pillow

I am always looking for new ways to bring the spa into your home and these eye pillows are my absolute favourite relaxation aid. They are absolutely beautiful and wonderful for the Liver, as our Liver and eye health are directly connected in Chinese Medicine, if you look after one, you automatically take care of the other.

If I’m ever struggling to sleep, or need to wind down after a long day, I simply lie down and place one of these wonderful pillows over my eyes to relax, as the beautiful scent combined with perfect pressure allows us to really feel relaxed yet energised, calming our Liver.

Each eye pillow is filled with lavender and chamomile for ultimate relaxation. The gentle weight of the linseed and buckwheat hull helps the muscles around the eyes to soften and relax whilst the lavender and chamomile scent aids sleep and deep rest, when you really need it. It is the perfect extravaganza for your senses, it smells gorgeous and is the perfect weight.

I absolutely love mine as a cold compress too for reducing inflammation and puffiness. I simply place the Eye Pillow in the freezer in a sealed plastic bag to chill for an hour, then place it on the eyes. I look awake within minutes! To soothe tired sore eyes, this can also be warmed in the microwave for 20 seconds.

Care instructions: Outer cover is removable and washable. Remove pillowcase and hand wash or use a gentle cycle, then air dry.
