Hand washing Instructions: Add 2 tbsp bicarbonate of soda to a bowl with hot water and soak overnight. Rinse and handwash using washing detergent. If needed, wash a second time. Gently rinse and lay flat to dry.

Machine Washing Instructions: If machine washing your compress, firstly hand wash to remove majority of the oil, before placing the compress in your washing machine (on its own). Wash on a cool cycle. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.

Your Castorvida compress will naturally discolour and may change shape slightly over time. Wash your Castorvida compress after 10 – 15 uses or once your pack is heavy and saturated.
