Iris Hantverk
Facial Brush
Description
Believe me when I say, everyone should own one of these facial brushes. To give my skin the ultimate glow, this beautiful oak Face Brush from Swedish brushmaker Iris Hantverk is the most brilliant product.
I am so excited about this facial brush as this is the first step of my skincare routine every single day. I even keep one next to my bed. One of the things I love most about self-healing, is we can go from hammering to gentle caressing, and this facial brush is the perfect caress. Despite feeling as soft as a feather, facial brushing increases circulation to boost the natural flow of lymph, stimulate blood flow and clears out toxins in the most gentle way.
The perfect skin revitaliser, I use this on dry, clean skin to really refresh my complexion, it leaves me bright, glowing and I swear takes five years off my skin before I’ve even entered the bathroom. The soft, gentle bristles exfoliate and effectively remove dead cells to leave me invigorated and restored ready for my skincare routine. Using this brush makes my skin softer, clears out pores and helps it better absorb any oil, serum or moisturiser I use.
It’s also a wonderful skin soother, if my skin is flushed and bleeding after a powerful treatment, I love to use this for a gentle caress and massage my face to calm it down again. It also sends me into a dreamlike state.
I absolutely love Iris Hantverk brushes, they are so high quality. Following a 100 year old tradition, each brush is hand-made in Sweden by highly skilled, visually impaired craftsmen. All designs are completely exclusive and each brush is made using the best natural materials so they last forever.
How to use: Use the brush on a dry clean face. Massage with circular motions for 5 minutes once or twice a week, avoiding the eyes and mouth.
Dimensions: Length 17.5 cm Width 4.5 cm Height 3 cm
Material: Oak, Goat Hair
Please note: If you have any skin issues or conditions please consult a health professional before use.
Care Instructions: Clean your brush once a week by sprinkling corn-starch on the bristles and massaging gently, before shaking it out. This will absorb and remove any excessive oil and dirt. Do not use water with this brush as it will ruin the goat hair fibre.
Each brush is made using horse hair sourced from north Eastern China or Hebei, in Mongolia, through Swedish importers that the team at Iris Hantverk have worked with for over 30 years. No horses or goats ever suffer when the hair is obtained.
