Return, refund and cancellation policy
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange your purchase unless a product has arrived faulty or damaged.
If you receive a faulty product you must return it to us to examine, we will then contact you within 30 days of receiving the damaged product to inform you whether you are entitled to a refund. If we find that the product is indeed defective, you will be refunded in full as soon as possible.
We advise you to return items by recorded delivery or by any other means that shows proof of the return. If for any reason your returned items are not received, we cannot process the refund unless you can provide proof of postage.
