Soulsome Chocolate - Soul Box
I am on a mission to get rid of the word ‘guilty pleasure’, and with my latest find chocolate is now pure pleasure.
One thing we must remember is that chocolate when made with cacao can be incredibly healing and good for our Spleen. This is one of the reasons I love Soulsome Chocolate. Founded by Emma, a yoga teacher who wanted to find chocolate that was free from any processed ingredients, each delicious bite is handmade with heart and soul.
This box is filled with indulgent, health-conscious chocolates that are free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar. Organic and handcrafted they are a pleasure you can indulge in every day. With four flavours to choose from, they are so rich and decadent that you only need one and you’re completely satisfied.
This is definitely a case of quality over quantity and a healing pleasure I can’t get enough of. You’ll struggle to choose a favourite.

Can I combine it with other treatments?
Yes! But always consult a doctor as everyone has very individual and sometimes complex health issues. Chinese medicine often works hand in hand with Western medicine and complements the healing process.
How do I make sure I'm using my gua sha tools correctly, without causing damage to my skin?
Please be reassured, it’s very difficult to damage your skin with this time-old technique. Before you try gua sha for the first time, read the instruction leaflet inside the packaging and watch the short video on the product page of this site. Go easy to start with and watch how your skin responds before continuing. Please note, gua sha should not be performed over broken skin, varicose veins, moles, cuts or bruises.
