Lasting glide, by design. Most facial oils absorb too quickly for gua sha, leaving the tool pulling at your skin. Ours is designed to stay on the skin’s surface for longer, creating a smooth, lasting glide so your tool moves effortlessly throughout your massage. That lingering silky feel is exactly what makes it work.
Created by Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Hayo’u founder Katie Brindle, this nourishing blend combines camellia oil with palmarosa, lotus flower, lemongrass and frankincense. Rich in Vitamin E and nourishing fatty acids, camellia oil helps leave skin feeling soft, smooth and hydrated.
Pair with your favourite gua sha tool to release facial tension and leave your complexion looking refreshed, sculpted and glowing. Used alone, it leaves skin feeling deeply nourished with a dewy finish.
How to use
Apply a few drops to clean hands and then gently apply to clean skin before your gua sha ritual, using enough to allow the tool to glide comfortably without dragging. Gently sweep your tool across the face following our gua sha guide. Afterwards, massage any remaining oil into the skin. A light dewy layer may remain as the oil gradually absorbs.

I’ve used many facial oils from get go, Clarins, Decléor & many others but this particular one, sinks straight into the skin but leaves enough slip to use my copper Gua Sha & give the perfect facial work-out. Before I begin the massage, I place a couple of drops & cup my hands, then smell this amazing fragrance. It just enlightens my senses. Going forward, this will be my preferred oil to use. Absolutely love it ☯️
I am a month away from being 74 & for as long as I can remember, I’ve always used a facial oil. Clarins or Decléor but now after using many tools with HAYO’U I thought I’d try this facial oil. Absolutely beautiful especially when working with the copper Gua Sha. A marriage made in heaven. This will now be the only oil I will be using. I am always getting complimented on how I don’t look my age. I do work at keeping the ageing process at bay cos it really is worth it & enjoyable. ☯️

If you aren't using with a gua sha tool one drop massaged gently into clean skin will gradually absorb after time.
This is the fountain of JOY :) Gua Sha was new to me and now fully embrace and understand how beneficial it is to us women. The soothing oil over your face using the Gua Sha is therapeutic and effective to smooth all the areas of our face. I am hooked!

Lovely absorption, not greasy, WONDERFUL TUBBER ROSE scent. A little goes a long way. Love how my skin feels. Found this from Hannah Waddingham’s facial care video on You Tube!

I have loved this face oil for years; it's been a giant treat in my skincare routine - from the feel to the amazing scent. I would take deep breaths and thoroughly enjoy the ritual. Even when shipping costs were wildly high and available sizes changed, I stuck with the product because I adored it. Now, however, the scent is different and it just isn't the same treat that it used to be. I wish the change were acknowledged, and I'd love to see the old formula return.
It’s fantastic, has a lovely smell and my new gua sha slides nicely on it, however I find it little too oily and have to wipe the access from my cheeks at the end of my routines. Otherwise I would end up with a rash.
I still love all my Hayo’u purchases , even after six years , I use them everyday; my brushes, tappers, gua shas, and oils have all become part of my daily routine.

A real treat to use every morning
Love this product!
This has become a skin care staple of mine. I was gifted an alternative facial oil which is much cheaper & I used this for a couple of months to save finishing my Hayou beauty oil one. I definitely noticed after a 3-4 weeks use with the alternative, that I wasn’t looking as glowy as usual & more blemishes were apparent. Went back to my Hayou one & within 2-3 weeks; my face looking it’s “normal” youthful self again!

Feels and smells lovely and isn’t oily or cloying
It smells so good--like I go to a spa every night when I put it on. Also, it is great for the eyes--underneath and the lids/brows. I really love this product.
